To ensure that no prime minister can bypass the people to commit to military or aggressive action against another country of any sort.
Posturing for war should be illegal. Carrying out preemptive cyber attacks should be outlawed. Only the people can sign up to cold war policies, it shouldn't be carried out as presently by government decision.

We will ensure that human rights are protected on a global basis. This will be sought through the United Nations and the UK will view war as a last resort and only in cases of imminent danger.
