Category: Governance SubCategory: Tackling Vested Interests

Description and Support Documents

Public servants are expected to act in a responsible and honest manner, due to the opportunities they are given. Should they be found to break the law or break the trust given to them by the public by, for example, accepting donations in return for access, then they will be subject to a sentencing uplift to reflect the abuse of position.
