As an addition to the present recall law, misleading voters by voting contrary to manifesto will be included. MPs can vote contrary to their manifesto commitment, but should first get agreement from their constituents to do so. This will managed by an electronic polling system.

Everyone has the right to peaceful protest with due recognition and respect for the rights and freedoms of others. Government should be in service not in power and is tasked with empowering the people.
