Parliamentary career
Charalambous was the official Labour Party candidate for Epping Forest in 2005 and for Enfield, Southgate in 2010 and 2015, before being elected in 2017.
In January 2018, he was appointed PPS to the Shadow Business Secretary Rebecca Long-Bailey
