Scottish general secretary Brian Roy to stand down

Scottish Labour's top party official in Scotland is to stand down after four years in the role, the party has announced.

Roy was appointed in 2014 after working as an organiser for the party, and has served three party leaders as general secretary.

Staff at Scottish Labour HQ in Glasgow were told Roy would be standing down this morning, according to the Herald.... See more
