The public can submit their names to be included in the lottery for selection to the 1st and 2nd House. Subject to tests for unspent criminal offences they must be included, regardless of all other circumstances.
At the election of the Houses names will be randomly selected. Members of the Houses will be paid a salary and have access to accomdation when attending work at Parliament.

Everyone has the right to peaceful protest with due recognition and respect for the rights and freedoms of others. Government should be in service not in power and is tasked with empowering the people.
